Amy, you have been a part of Northern Data Group for some time now. Could you please tell us a bit about your working journey and your position at the company? 

"When I first joined, my focus was on operational project support for Ardent Data Centers as we worked to build and define our colocation offering. It was an exciting time because I was able to help shape the foundational processes that are still in use today. Over the past year, my role has broadened significantly, and I now serve as the Sr. Director of Business Process Optimization at Northern Data Group. What drives me in this role is the ability to look at the big picture, find ways to improve operational efficiency, and help the company continue to grow and deliver excellent service. I’m passionate about refining processes and ensuring that we not only meet but exceed industry standards, making every improvement count for both our team and our customers."

What does your role encompass? What are your roles and tasks at Northern Data Group? 

"In my role, I’m focused on continuously analyzing and improving our business processes to make operations more efficient, streamlined, and impactful. Day-to-day, I work closely across functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop optimization strategies, and implement new processes and technologies that enhance service quality, operational effectiveness, and profitability. What excites me most about this position is the opportunity to make a tangible difference by shaping how we operate. I love seeing the transformation from idea to implementation, knowing that each improvement can elevate both our internal workflow and the customer experience. Helping the company evolve in a way that supports sustainable growth and excellence is what fuels my passion."

Your role means a lot to the company but also to you. When we look at you and your role at the company, how would you describe your own development here?

"My journey here has been one of continuous learning and growth. When I first started at Ardent, my deep involvement in our operational projects gave me a solid understanding of the technical and strategic goals of the business. As this business unit grew and evolved with Northern Data Group, so did my role. I was given the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and focus on optimizing our processes across multiple departments. This allows me to not only grow professionally but also personally, as I continue to build on my skills in leadership, change management, and business strategy. I’ve been fortunate to work in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development, which has truly shaped my career path.”
