"I stay on top of industry trends by following experts, reading up on reports, and staying active in professional circles on LinkedIn. I also make a point to attend talent acquisition and tech conferences to stay ahead of the game. Lately, I’ve been especially interested in AI-driven recruitment tools. They are changing the way we connect with top talent, making the hiring process more efficient and helping us reach the right people faster. The future for Talent Acquisition at NDG is exciting!"
