Prior to joining Northern Data Group, Scott served as Chief Executive Officer of USystems, where he led the company to 300% growth over four years and ultimately through a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, he held a senior executive role at Eaton Corporation, where he delivered consistent results, including year-over-year sales growth exceeding 50% while maintaining and enhancing EBITDA.
Scott's diverse background spans telecommunications, automotive, and advanced manufacturing, equipping him with a unique cross-sector skillset. His leadership approach blends entrepreneurial creativity with strategic rigor, with expertise in business strategy, operational excellence, data analytics, and corporate sustainability.
