Rudolf brings a wealth of transactional expertise to support Northern Data Group's growth strategy. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Partner at King & Wood Mallesons in Frankfurt, where he also held the position of Managing Director for their German operation since 1997. His specialization in financing and capital markets adds a strategic edge to the Group's legal framework.
In addition to his role at Northern Data Group, Rudolf is a dedicated lecturer at the Institute of Law and Finance at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, a position he has held for over a decade.
