With 20 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets working with growth companies, John Hoffman, COO of Northern Data Group, brings expertise in advising leading global companies at the intersection of disruptive technology and strategic growth.
Before joining Northern Data Group, he held senior leadership positions at RBC Capital Markets and Credit Suisse, where he was instrumental in guiding companies through complex equity capital markets transactions, advising on over 200 IPOs and strategic transactions that raised more than USD 50 billion in capital. His early career included roles at Lazard and TD Cowen, building a foundation in corporate finance and stakeholder engagement.
At Northern Data Group, John leads operational strategies, focusing on global growth, capital markets initiatives, and strategic partnerships. With a deep understanding of how technology-driven opportunities are evaluated across a broad set of stakeholders, John brings a critical thinking mindset to structuring operations that are agile, aligned, and purpose-driven.
