
Charlotte Park
Group Chief People Officer
Charlotte Park is the Chief People Officer of Northern Data Group, where she leads the global People strategy. She is responsible for shaping the company’s culture, developing its leaders and talent, and building the foundations needed to support the company’s rapid growth and transformation. She drives the global People roadmap, overseeing organizational design, performance management, and future workforce planning, while leveraging data and insights to guide decisions and strengthen a high-performance culture. She also advises the Board and executive team on talent, governance, and risk.
Charlotte brings more than 15 years of international leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, and professional services. Prior to Northern Data Group, she served as VP People & Co-Managing Director at Contino, where she introduced the company’s first formal People strategy and significantly increased employee engagement. At IHS Towers, she played a pivotal role in scaling the business from a London start-up to more than 2,500 employees across 12 countries, leading the People workstreams for IPO readiness and the company’s $7 billion listing on the New York Stock Exchange. She began her career with roles at Deloitte and KPMG, before moving to Saunderson House, which is now part of Rathbones.
Charlotte holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, the UK’s professional body for HR and people development.
