The Extraordinary General Meeting of Northern Data AG was held on Monday, June 12, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m. CEST. It was held as a virtual Extraordinary General Meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies (with the exception of the Company’s proxies). For duly registered shareholders and their proxies, the entire Extraordinary General meeting, including any speeches, the answering of questions and the voting, was broadcast live in picture and sound on the password-protected internet service.
