Stephen Noonan is Executive Vice President Corporate Development of RUM Group Inc. since 2021. Before joining RUM Group Inc., Stephen Noonan spent more than three decades in the technology industry. He began his career at Telcordia Technologies Inc. (a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus/Providence Equity Partners), where he held several financial and operational leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer. He also worked at Ericsson as Managing Director for Strategic Investments, where he founded and led Ericsson’s corporate venturing group and was responsible for global M&A activities.
Stephen Noonan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance from Hofstra University, as well as an MBA from Seton Hall University.
