Recently, fraudulent phishing messages have been circulating in which unknown perpetrators pretend to be employees of Northern Data AG. They pretend to be carrying out an application procedure for a vacant position at Northern Data AG. To this end, the unknown perpetrators are (currently) contacting those affected via WhatsApp as alleged employees of Northern Data AG. In the messages, they ask those affected to disclose personal data and to pay money in order to receive an alleged commission later.
Northern Data AG does not initiate or conduct any application processes via WhatsApp. Northern Data AG will never ask you to pay money as part of an application process.
Against this background, please be particularly careful if you receive messages via WhatsApp or other social networks in the supposed name of Northern Data AG. Do not send any personal data and do not pay any money if you cannot immediately identify the sender or addressee or have any other doubts.
